It is because of his exclusive concern with spiritual truth, and with its meaning for humanity, that many of the works published by Beshara Publications are by the great twelfth century Andalusian mystic Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi. He left behind him a large body of writing which is a synthesis of the spiritual sciences of his time, and makes explicit much that was previously only passed on by word of mouth. Apparently remote in time and culture from many modern readers, he speaks and writes from a universal point of view at the source of all spirituality, and therefore can be heard by all who seek real knowledge, whatever their background or original belief.
